Please join us on September 15, 2022 for a PBTF Virtual Fundraising Event 2022 to support the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation’s Butterfly Fund. The Butterfly Fund provides emergency financial assistance to families of children in treatment at partnering medical facilities. Now more than ever before, PBTF needs our support.

Virtual Broadcast

The MMA-PBTF Virtual Broadcast is our annual charity fundraising broadcast offering unique insights into our fundraising efforts and the ongoing work of the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation and the Butterfly Fund. The broadcast is our way of bringing the message into your home via the power of live streaming broadcast. Hosted by Peter Krause and Amanda Vail, this one hour long broadcast is interactive and allows for everyone to give at the same time and to help us reach this year’s goal of $500,000.”

The 2021 PBTF Charity Classic Cocktails & Cornhole event was a success! The event was held on October 19th at The Green in Crabapple. MMA Southeast had over 250 sponsors, volunteers and employees in attendance.

MMA-SE raised over $357,000 this year for Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation Butterfly fund which assists the children and families suffering from brain tumors. We couldn’t have done it without the support of our generous carriers.

Cocktails and cornhole

Cocktails and Cornhole is the newly reinvisioned Charity Classic. Evolving out of our Golf Charity Classic to the more user friendly sport of Cornhole gives up the opportunity to involve more of our donors, providers, carriers, and supporters to attend the event and help us put the fun back in fundraising. The event features varied culinary offerings from our incredible restaurant partners as well as a full bar! See you on October 19th, 2022 at the Green in Crabapple”

In 2021 MMA Southeast selected an individual with the first ever PBTF Charity Classic Champion Award. The PBTF Charity Classic would not have happened if it wasn’t for our very own, Walt Rowson who pitched the idea to the executive leadership team in 2005. Walt had been involved with the PBTF for many years and the tournament had a long history but they knew they needed a title sponsor who would give a multi-year commitment to the organization.

JSL was looking to expand their charitable giving on a broader scale and not just focus locally. Helping the PBTF ‘s Butterfly Fund was the perfect partnership. Thank you Walt, for pitching the PBTF Charity Classic to MMA Southeast and for a long 17 year history of helping these precious children and their families. Congratulations on being named the PBTF Charity Champion for 2021!”
